Steve Masson's short bio Kaus Media Group’s Big Cheese, “Mass” emigrated from Aberdeen to Port of Spain because...well, Scotland is freezing whereas Trinidad is hot, sunny and has great 1919 rum! Kaus’s co-founder and chief executive likes to get involved with all technical aspects of the company including project and business development, as well as making sure that the clients of each and every project are well looked after. Steve is becoming so Trini that he even got married in Tobago in 2010 and hopes to stay here “forever and ever!"

Tim Underwood's short bio Company co-founder and Chairman Tim Underwood has a problem: he just can’t stop collecting things. It started with an addiction to buying anything and everything from car boot sales but has got so desperate that his résumé has now collected a list of impressive past appointments at some of the best known international companies, he’s currently pursuing his second Masters degree in Business (one isn’t enough?), and Tim has also founded an additional, equally successful multimedia company in the UK. No wonder his favorite movie is “One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest”...Then again, where would we be without his expert leadership and strategic direction?

Tibor Herman's short bio Just what exactly does a project manager do? Allow Tibi to explain in his own words: “I control the day-to-day aspects of projects, develop and maintain the project charter and project plans, execute formal and management reviews and track and solve problems. I’m responsible for the quality of the product or service we’re providing to a client and I also co-ordinate all project training”. Phew, that’s quite a chat-up line!

Carolina Hais's short bio Carolina loves her job at Kaus Media Group so much that she can even tell you about it in 5 different languages. Soon to graduate with a Masters degree in European Economic Relations from the University of Oradea in Romania, Caro also keeps the Romanian branch of Kaus Media Group in order with her expert administrative skills and outstanding organisation. When she’s not using her superhuman human resources powers or using her laser-vision to file and photocopy documents (seriously, how else does she keep on top of all our paperwork?), Caro likes to travel, read and dance.

A self-confessed tech nerd, Bago brings to Kaus Design Studio a wealth of knowledge about all things programming. Highly skilled in Linux and Windows system administration, databases and web programming, this guy is so technical even his favourite drink is a Screwdriver. Hailing from Romania, Bago speaks several other languages including English, PHP, Ajax, BASH, AWK, TCL and Python.

Liana Rosca's short bio Liana is Kaus Media Group’s creative genius. Based in our Romanian office, it’s almost a crime that Liana gets to do what she loves all day long – drawing, doodling and making use of shape, colour and photography to bring visual delight to our clients. With Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator being her weapons of choice, Liana blows the competition out of the water with her inspired designs that bring life, depth and personality to websites, flyers, banners, business cards and more. When not in the office, Lia loves to be out of it – travelling and outdoor pursuits are top of her Favourite Things To Do List.

Mark Szegi's short bio Meet Mark, Kaus’s graphic designer and Flash developer.
